Hey I’m Tristan (they/them)
I work full-time as a freelance Camera Operator / Director of Photography. During the week, you'll find me filming commercial, corporate, and editorial projects. Over the years, I've had the privilege of filming a diverse range of industries, lifestyles, and perspectives. Weddings have always been a part of my journey from the very start.
For the past decade, I have had the honor of capturing hundreds of couples say “I DO” on film. Your wedding is uniquely yours, and I believe you should have a film that encapsulates all the genuine moments of love, tears, and laughter that come with it.
Your photos are where you get to see all these moments again and again. Your video is where you get to HEAR them. I prioritize story, and audio in my films, making your film a time capsule that is completely unique to your day. Being able to listen to your vows, toasts, and the emotion in everyone’s voice is invaluable in my opinion.
When filming weddings, I film in a candid and unobtrusive documentary style. This allows me to adapt to the rhythm of your wedding day, capturing the events of your day as they naturally unfold. I don’t want to be in the way, so I try to leave a minimal footprint all while capturing your day in the best quality possible.
I am currently based in Tampa, Florida but I travel all over the United States for my couples. No destination is too far.
I want to be as attentive to my couples as possible, so I limit myself to a select amount of weddings per year in order to serve you the best that I can. If you’re interested in working with me, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to ensure a spot on my calendar.
When I’m not shooting, you can usually find me hanging out with my beautiful girlfriend, riding my skateboard, or stumbling in the kitchen figuring out how to cook better. (I’m really bad at it.)
I love to travel, so I am constantly on the road. Luckily my work takes me all over the country and I’m in love with exploring each city that I visit. Please let me know your favorite pizza place or brewery in town. I will 100% try it out. Bonus points if you have a specific beer in mind.
